Carlos Garcia Lowery, born in Salisbury, NC is WANTED on multiple Felony warrants out of Davie County.  His last known address was 169 Williams St. in Mocksville, North Carolina.  He may be running with a female friend “Kia” .  He has been in Mocksville, Winston Salem, and Salisbury ( he has friends and family there)  He may also be going to Statesville from time to time.
