It feels suspicious to me. The cake was delicious! (It says it on this package.) A combination of too much flour, too little cocoa and too much heat or time in the oven will certainly dry out baked goods. Question: Do you have an opinion on buttercreams that use melted chocolate vs cocoa powder? Thanks so much!
