John was arrested several times here in Rockingham NC / Richmond County with several Felony’s charges and In Moore County NC as well and had no charges in Cabarrus County NC. He went to court here in Richmond County .went to court and all charges here were transferred to Cabarrus County and they show all these Felony Charges as deposed of and most were Domestic assault violence charges and Violating the Domestic Violence Charges .Failing to stop and eluding Police on several Vehicle Chases until caught .Richmond County Courts are corrupt and they let this man get away with all his criminal charges and they let him have his guns with him even after being arrested. He get away with these crimes and Richmond County lets him continue on his Rants and Violence or they hide him from the state by putting him in another county jail to serve his time .Was convicted here in Richmond County ,but are showing all Charges in Cabarrus County NC Courts with misdemeanor charges there that happened here? .Went to the Sheriffs Detention Center in Cabarrus Dec/07/2016 and released today 4/14/2017 from Cabarrus County.
John got out of 5 months in jail , and he has been arrested again here in Richmond County NC and he pointed a 45 cal pistol and made threats as well and as always here he was Charged with another Misdemeanor charge on all the charges he did . This is a dangerous man and the Courts here keep letting him walk I guess they are waiting until he kills some people here . He is the reason I Carry a CCW and keep them very close and always with me .
