This gentleman was bonded on 3/12/13…OD’d on Heroin that Friday night..his parent begged his Probation Officer to violate him since the hospital released him. He went with his father to the Mental Health facility in 3/18 to seek help. The Oaks had no beds, his doctor even wanted him violated so he would be in a supervised location, the P.O. again refused, I was then contacted to revoke his bond. Mr. Gell went willingly as he acknowledges that he needs help with his drug issues.
