Update 12/16/14 – Mr Herschbach has been located in Oklahoma thanks to someone that called to inform us of his where abouts and he has been returned to the Canadian County Jail
Update 7/30/14– He is in Dayton, Nevada working for a heavy equipment operator. Here is a current picture
Update 3/12/14 –
Mr. Herschbach has been transfered to Canadian County Jail Oklahoma
He is being held under a $5000 bond for Possession of a controlled substance

As of this date he was in the Oklahoma County Jail with a hold on him for more warrants
out of Canadian County, Oklahoma ($5000 bond)
